Policies We accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard, and VISA. Please ask about gift certificates. Reservations are required. A two-night minimum is in effect during select weekends. Reservations may be guaranteed by credit card or cash deposit. Deposits are refundable if notification of cancellation is given at least 10 days in advance of your arrival date. Call for policies regarding group reservations. Check in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, or by prior arrangement. Please advise us of your arrival time when making reservations. We regret that we cannot accommodate children under the age of 10. This policy is waived for group rentals of the entire house. No smoking and no pets please. All rooms are air-conditioned.
